Stop Spam, Viruses, Pop-Ups, Spyware and Hackers Forever!

Are you tired of spam, viruses, and pop-ups? Do you wonder why your computer is running slower then when it was new? Does your hard drive light flash or stay green even when you are not working on your computer? You could be infected with a virus or “Trojan Horse” which has turned your computer into a Zombie Host for bulk e-mail spammers or denial of service attackers. In this one night course, we will cover the basic risks associated with your Internet connection. Students will learn how to detect and remove viruses, ad-ware, spyware, and Trojans from your computer, and how to secure your computer from exposure to the never-ending array of new threats. Many of the solutions presented are free software based solutions. Low cost hardware solutions will also be discussed. This course is valuable for any computer user with even a dial-up Internet account and a must for anyone with a full time, high speed cable or DSL connection to the Internet.
